DSG GEARBOX SOFTWARE TUNING

There are several solutions that are developed for DSG gearboxes.
DSG gearbox software tuning can improve your vehicles driving experience even if the ECU remains with standard settings.

DSG tuning settings are done according the driver requirements and vehicle itself – just like any other control unit setting.

With DSG tuning it is possible to activate launch control, shift and torque limiter functions and settings that will offer the best possible driving experience.

Slight changes in DSG settings will improve the speed of shifting, feel and comfort.

For demanding drivers there is DSG “RACE MODE“. That will give even more agressive feel and is suitable for modified and tuned vehicles.

With this setting you can find perfect balance between engine performance and DSG. Modifications could be: sport exhaust system, sport catalysts (or removed), DPF removal, turbo or supercharger upgrades.

Faster shifting

Shifting speed can be imporved up to 20%. This will provide smoother shifting and will reduce clutch slipping during flatout acceleration.

Extra feature – gas pedal response time will improve 40% in sport mode.

Torque limiter modification

Torque limiter is part of ecu tuning, but if the car is equipped with DSG gearbox, there is separate limiter for the gearbox.

With optimisation of DSG settings we can get extra torque, at the same time ensuring stabile and safe working of the drivetrain details.

Launch control

Launch control can be activated on most of the vehicles, but it gives the best efect on the vehicles equipped DSG gearbox.

It is possible to make perfect start every time with perfect grip.
